Bill Fox

Bill Fox is the Center Director of the Walton College Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He joined the Walton College ASBTDC as business consultant in 2007 and became Center Director in 2015. Bill oversees all operations of the center and works with small business clients on various types of business issues such as financing options and the loan process, preparation of financial projections, market research, business planning, marketing, and financial management. He also works closely with NWA community resource partners of the center such as area commercial lenders, chambers of commerce, and other university colleges and departments.

Before joining the Walton College ASBTDC, Bill was a former small business owner, having developed and operated a retail gift concept store and a catering company. He also has lending experience as a banker/loan officer with Bank of America and has worked in higher education as director of a student enterprise program at the University of Pennsylvania, as coordinator for a disability services program at Broward (FL) Community College, and as a job developer for Florida Atlantic University.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from West Virginia University.
