Jeff Amerine Jeff is one of the key leaders in the state of Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas region involved with the creation of a lasting tech-focused venture/startup ecosystem. Jeff was previously Associate Vice Provost, Research and Economic Development and Director of the University of Arkansas Technology Ventures team, leading the commercialization of world-class research. He has held senior leadership positions in eight startup ventures and three Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Jeff teaches entrepreneurship at the Sam M. Walton College of Business. Jeff is an advisor for Innovate Arkansas, which is chartered with the creation and support of a knowledge-based economy in Arkansas that has accounted for $208 million in public and private financing for Arkansas-based startups. Jeff graduated from US Naval Academy in 1984 and holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
